Ample amenities in the twin room like central heating, an ironing set, and a work desk for convenience. the breakfast offered here is better than average and very satisfying, with a nice variety of delicious treats to choose from. 🍳

The staff were exceptional people. The room was reasonably large and tastefully decorated with view of red rock mountains, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was above average with variety of excellent options.

I can only recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting this area. It is just a few minutes from Ait Ben Haddou and despite first appearances when you arrive, once you pass the gates, you feel as if you have been transported to another world. Absolutely divine. We were there during the quiet season and had the hotel almost to ourselves which was excellent. On arrival we were met with tea whilst our bags were sent to our rooms. The main waiter/bar man (unfortunately did not get his name) was excellent from start to finish. He could not do enough for everyone and it genuinely seemed like his goal was to make sure the stay was as pleasurable as possible. The riad itself is stunning with rooms cleverly spread out and most with terraces. The pool area has plenty of space for relaxing by the pool, having drinks or dinner. The gardens are stunning and peaceful. The whole stay was so relaxing and peaceful that some did not even leave the hotel on one of the days! Dinner and lunches were excellent and varied and good value. Beware of the Couscous Royale as it is enormous (but excellent)! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and not at all intrusive. They are also willing to h elp organise activities or trips. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would happily return again and again!

I could imagine in high season, if it is full, the aura of peace and calm may be a little diminished but do not let that put you off!

Not so easy to find off the road, and enterance looks a bit underwhelming. Once inside it was great

we ate at a really nice restaurant with full bar. the food was delicious, with a huge variety of options. every staff member was very nice.

The garden was ideal for enjoying breakfast in this remote location with a well-appointed restaurant and a beautiful garden just a step away from the main street.

The rooms were absolutely fabulous & clean with view of red rock mountains. The accommodation had a remote location in areas where food is served. And it was also near desert and High Atlas Mountains and Marrakesh and ruins.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Very quiet location away from main tourist site. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. My wife very much enjoyed the spa after a long drive across the Atlas Mountains.

This venue is a top choice with a lovely property, one-of-a-kind rooms, and set in a peaceful location, plus the staff goes above and beyond for every guest.

A total disappointment, the prices are too high for what it is.the service is awful and the staff is arrogant, a cold atmosphere, a feeling of loneliness, but a strange feeling of being watched. But the last but not least we have been overcharged while getting to pay our bill.
